Applications

• A semi-synthetic metal removal fluid concentrate meant to be extended in water.
• A starting concentration of 8.0% – 10.0% is recommended for most metal removal operations, optimal concentrations may vary depending on the particular alloy.
• Always add VP850 to water.
• To reduce use and optimize performance, it is best to pre-mix with water prior to filling the fluid system or adding make-up.
• A calibrated refractometer should be used to determine the fluid concentration.
• To determine the concentration, use the following formula: concentration (%) = % Brix (Refractive Index) x 1.8 (RI Multiplier)
• Engineered to perform well on difficult multi-point metal removal operations such as: milling, turning, drilling, reaming, boring, sawing, and grinding
