TTC Precision V blocks and clamps come in matched pairs in VBF-1, VBF-2, VBF-3, and VBF-4 models. The four models offer different diameter capacities of 1-5/16, 1-1/2, 1-1/2, and 2-1/8 inches, respectively. All these models comprise two V blocks and two clamps. The blocks are rugged enough so that you can use them for multiple machining operations. They are made from hardened and ground chrome steel, and they provide precise 90-degree V angles. Moreover, all sides of the blocks are ground square and parallel to each other. Also, the central-ground Vs of the blocks are parallel and square to the ends. The dimensions of these four TTC matched-pair block and clamp sets range from 1-3/4 x 1-5/8 x 1-3/8 inches to 4-7/8 x 3-1/2 x 2-3/4 inches. Among the four, the VBF-3 and VBF-4 models come with a unique design. They have clamps that do not protrude over the sides, and therefore, the models are more compact and convenient than the conventional ones.
